Q. Is it safe?

Q. What are the laser's characteristics and advantages?
A. The laser emits a gentle beam of light for only a fraction of a second that passes though the skin, to the hair follicle, where it is absorbed. Q. What are the laser treatments like?
A. Laser hair removal is a gentle 3-steps process. First, we cleanse the area to be treated with mild soap. Then we shave it. Next, we gently apply the laser and in less than a second the follicles are disabled due to the laser energy absorption by the pigment in hair follicle. Depending on the size Of the area being treated, the time will vary from minutes to hours.
Q. Is the treatment painful?

Q. Will laser hair removal work for me?
A. Because the laser's light energy is absorbed by the melanin, the best results have been achieved on darker, coarse hair. Our laser makes it possible to treat all skin types, including dark complexions.
Q. How many treatments do I need?
A. Hair grows in cycles. The laser works by disabling hairs that are in their growth cycle at the time of treatment. Since other hairs will enter their growth cycles at different times, additional treatments may be necessary to disable all of the follicles in a given
area. Our well-trained personnel will work with you to develop the treatment program that best fulfills your hair removal needs. In general, several treatments will be required (compare to many-many More electrolysis visits). However, most times you can expect to see up to 50% reduction in hair growth after just one treatment.
Q. What areas can be treated?
A. Virtually all areas of your body are safe for

Q. How long will it take?
A. The length of time needed depends on the size of the area being treated. Because the laser treats many hairs at a time, facial areas (chin, upper lip, cheeks, etc.) can be treated in 10-15 minutes. Small body areas (underarms, bikini line, etc.) take less than a half hour. Larger body areas (full back, full legs, both arms, etc.) usually an hour or more.
Q. What do I do before and after treatment?
A. Avoid bleaching, tweezing or waxing hair for 2 to 3

before and after laser treatment. You will be asked to use sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher. If you are tan or

Q. Is it permanent?
A. Our laser is cleared by FDA for permanent hair reduction. Most of people can expect long-term results. The results from the original studies have shown hair loss up to 3 years.
